This position focuses on converting qualified leads into successful sales, nurturing client relationships, and representing the company’s projects with confidence and professionalism.

The senior sales consultant will be a key contributor to revenue growth and brand reputation in the Pakistani market.

Responsibilities

Below are the primary responsibilities expected from this role.

  • Manage inbound and outbound inquiries from potential buyers and investors
  • Conduct property tours, online presentations, and one-to-one consultations
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects and units
  • Prepare offers, proposals, and follow-up communication to close deals
  • Negotiate terms while protecting the company’s commercial interests
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM system for all assigned leads
  • Track personal sales targets and contribute to team objectives
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns and events
  • Stay updated on project details, pricing, payment plans, and promotions
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and events

What we are looking for

We are looking for a confident, performance-driven sales professional who understands both numbers and people.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Core requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pakistani real estate
  • Proven track record of closing off-plan or ready property deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management
  • Good understanding of Pakistani property market trends
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
  • Valid driving license and own car preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
