- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries from potential buyers and investors
- Conduct property tours, online presentations, and one-to-one consultations
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects and units
- Prepare offers, proposals, and follow-up communication to close deals
- Negotiate terms while protecting the company’s commercial interests
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system for all assigned leads
- Track personal sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns and events
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, payment plans, and promotions
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and events

- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Valid driving license and own car preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
