Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Senior Sales Officer - Projects & Contractor Accounts in Lahore.

Purpose of the Role
Manage project and contractor accounts in Lahore, ensuring smooth order execution, customer relationship management, receivables control, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Handle enquiries, quotations, order processing, dispatch coordination, and maintain customer records in Odoo.
  • Receivables: Ensure customers stay within approved credit terms and support overdue payment recovery.
  • Technical & Field Support: Conduct site visits, provide basic technical support, and coordinate product trials and documentation.
  • Business Development: Develop contractor relationships, identify new project opportunities, and achieve sales targets.



Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience in construction chemicals, cement, concrete products, paints, or related building materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing project/contractor accounts or a sales territory is preferred.
  • Based in Lahore with own transport and willing to travel extensively. (Fuel Paid)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and willing to learn Odoo ERP.
