Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer who can architect, design, develop, and deliver large-scale business-critical systems from the ground up.

This role is for someone who thinks beyond code and understands scalability, security, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and long-term maintainability.

About the Role

You will take complete ownership of the architecture and technical delivery of multiple enterprise-grade systems that support critical business operations.

From requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, optimization, and scaling, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence across the entire software lifecycle.

You will work directly with stakeholders to design systems that are reliable, secure, scalable, and capable of supporting future business growth.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale business applications or enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in system architecture and software design.
• Experience with modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Strong database design and optimization skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, caching, messaging queues, and scalability patterns.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and design long-term technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take complete technical ownership from Day 1.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise platforms serving multiple departments or business units.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems.
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams.
