At Blueridge Global Partners Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and fine-tune cutting-edge SW frameworks that solve complex challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and validate efficient software frameworks to support business and product goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Run experiments, evaluate model performance, and refine solutions through data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up to date with emerging research and tools in compiler technologies.
  • Mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Prepare technical documentation and present insights to leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with C/C++.
  • Experience with AI/ML compiler technologies (IREE, TensorRT, XLA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with computer architecture or hardware accelerators.
  • Familiarity with deploying ML solutions on custom accelerators.
  • Command of data tools like NumPy and Pandas.
  • Building domain-specific dialects for compute kernels.
  • Developing performance-tuned transformation pipelines (vectorization, parallelization).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of professional experience with a focus on AI/ML, signal processing, communications, accelerators, or compilers.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
