Senior Software Engineer -AI/ML

Core Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for AI/ML Python solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase AI/ML capabilities.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized Python-based AI/ML solutions.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to adjust sales strategies.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing complex deals.
Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms and Python frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on AI/ML and Python solutions.
Proven track record in closing B2B deals and managing large-scale projects.
Certifications in AI/ML, Python, or related fields preferred.
