Crescent Bahuman Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Verifier with at least four years of experience to ensure the accuracy and integrity of receipt and verification processes within the supply chain. The role involves managing a team of five personnel to maintain compliance with established standards and procedures. The successful candidate will perform critical verification tasks that guarantee all materials received are correctly recorded and matched against purchase orders and other documentation. This position requires strong knowledge of verification planning, formal verification techniques, and ERP systems, emphasizing precision and timely reporting.

The Senior Verifier leads verification activities related to receipt validation, invoice matching, and purchase order reconciliation. They supervise receipt section tasks daily, providing oversight to confirm proper procedures are followed. This role demands vigilance in observing offloading processes and validating quantities using various documents and measurements. The position further requires reporting any discrepancies promptly, ensuring traceability and resolution while maintaining compliance with company policies. The candidate works closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receipt section tasks to ensure timely and accurate recording of all incoming materials.
• Oversee offloading processes to confirm adherence to receiving standards and protocols.
• Match weight bridge slips and third-party certified measurements with internal records to validate quantity accuracy.
• Cross-verify supply chain documents against received materials to guarantee correctness and completeness.
• Compare suppliers receipts, challans, and delivery notes with actual receipts to identify any inconsistencies.
• Report any identified discrepancies or differences during verification activities to the management promptly and regularly.
• Create and maintain receipt notes and quality orders in the companys ERP system following approved procedures.
• Match vendor-issued delivery notes with system records ensuring timely reporting of any discrepancies.
• Verify ordered brands against received brands to ensure they meet purchase requirements and company standards.
• Identify and flag any obsolete or outdated items received before forwarding them for further review and action.
• Manage and lead a team of five personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to ensure effective verification operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and procurement teams to maintain compliance and optimize verification methodologies.
