Job Summary
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end design projects, transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. You will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design systems, and ensure every project meets Elits Media's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design & Execution

• Design modern, user-centered web and mobile interfaces from concept to final delivery.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into effective design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Produce graphics, icons, illustrations, landing pages, dashboards, and marketing assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and design quality.
  
  

Branding & Visual Design

• Design logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and complete visual systems.
• Create social media creatives, website graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design thumbnails and visual assets for blogs and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all client and internal branding projects.
  
  

Client Management

• Participate in discovery, kickoff, review, and feedback meetings.
• Present design concepts professionally and confidently.
• Implement client feedback independently while maintaining design quality.
• Track revisions and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate project risks and delivery timelines proactively.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Create mood boards and validate design direction before execution.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Perform comprehensive QA before every client submission.
• Prepare developer-ready design handoffs with clear specifications.
• Review implemented designs to ensure development accuracy.
  
  

Process & Documentation

• Follow internal SOPs, workflows, and naming conventions.
• Maintain organized Figma files and documentation.
• Estimate task timelines and monitor progress.
• Update project management tools daily.
• Participate in weekly design reviews and strategy sessions.
• Maintain proper version control and file organization.
  
  

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
• Conduct design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Development, SEO, Content, Marketing, and Project Management teams.
• Share industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
• Contribute to improving internal design processes.
  
  

Reporting

• Submit daily progress reports including completed work, blockers, and next-day plans.
• Assist in consolidating team updates for leadership.
• Document completed projects for the agency portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them to management.
  
  

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  
  

Experience

• 4-6+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience working in a digital agency is highly preferred.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools.
