As a Senior Unreal Developer, you’ll lead the charge in creating immersive experiences through pioneering work in Unreal Engine. Your role will be pivotal in crafting and deploying high-quality, interactive content, setting new standards in visual storytelling and gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of captivating, immersive experiences using Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and elevate project outcomes.
  • Take ownership of optimizing performance and ensuring top-notch code quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and cutting-edge technologies, integrating the latest advancements into projects.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and contribute to comprehensive project planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Unreal Engine development with a robust portfolio demonstrating published games and applications.
  • Proficiency in C++, Blueprints, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
