We're seeking a talented Motion Graphics Specialist to create high-quality video content and ad creatives that capture our brand's essence. You'll work with stock footage, AI-powered tools, and advanced motion graphics to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital advertising. This role combines technical expertise with creative storytelling to deliver polished visual content across various channels.

We're seeking a talented Motion Graphics Specialist to create high-quality video content and ad creatives that capture our brand's essence. You'll work with stock footage, AI-powered tools, and advanced motion graphics to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital advertising. This role combines technical expertise with creative storytelling to deliver polished visual content across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media platforms, and websites
- Create engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects using After Effects and other industry-standard software
- Source and curate content from stock libraries and AI tools to enhance video storytelling and visual appeal
- Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) ensuring proper formats and specifications
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video content that appeals to target audiences
- Design and integrate motion graphics, animations, visual elements, and thumbnails
- Maintain organized libraries of assets, project files, and completed video content
- Apply different editing styles suited to various content niches and formats
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or similar role
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant editing software
- Experience with stock libraries (Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Envato) for sourcing assets
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimizations for social media and digital advertising
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills and keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in English and tailoring content for diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video content, and ad creatives required
- Nice to Have: Experience in 2D/3D animation and advanced motion graphics
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI tools for video creation and editing (AI video generators, AI-assisted editing)
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of YouTube video trends, formats, and various editing styles
- Nice to Have: Experience creating video ads for eCommerce, social media, or brand campaigns
