The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and gameplay capture, with hands-on experience using Unity to produce high-quality marketing content.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in gaming, mobile apps, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing gameplay trailers, promotional videos, ad creatives, or similar content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with Unity, including:
- Timeline
- Recorder
- Cinemachine
- Gameplay Capture & Scene Setup
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions
- Experience creating gameplay trailers, promotional videos, and user acquisition creatives
- Understanding of mobile gaming trends and performance marketing creatives
- Knowledge of video rendering, exporting, and platform-specific requirements
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus
- Create high-converting gameplay trailers, promotional videos, and UA creatives for mobile games
- Capture cinematic gameplay footage using Unity tools such as Timeline, Recorder, and Cinemachine
- Design and edit video advertisements for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other mobile ad networks
- Create motion graphics, VFX, text animations, transitions, and other visual elements to enhance creative quality
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns
- Produce App Store and Google Play promotional videos optimized for store conversion
- Transform raw gameplay footage into compelling marketing content that effectively showcases game features and core gameplay loops
- Analyze top-performing gaming creatives, market trends, and competitor advertisements to improve creative performance
- Optimize videos for multiple formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
- Create short-form and long-form content for user acquisition, social media, and brand marketing initiatives
- Maintain and organize gameplay footage, creative assets, project files, and reusable content libraries
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve production efficiency and creative output
