Web Birds is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and responsive design principles. You excel in translating complex ideas into visually engaging and intuitive web designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. Your ability to work with various design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and AI-driven UX tools empowers you to streamline workflows, produce scalable assets, and quickly iterate on design concepts.

At Web Birds, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and usability of our digital products. You must have an exceptional eye for clean typography, color theory, and modern UI/UX design patterns. As an early adopter of AI design tools, you use these innovations to automate routine tasks and accelerate prototyping without compromising your creative vision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and content managers, will be key to ensuring consistent brand expression and delivering seamless, user-friendly experiences across multiple devices and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-centered website layouts and interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure websites perform well on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Utilize AI-driven UX tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up prototyping, and iterate rapidly on design drafts.
• Apply principles of typography, color theory, and interaction design to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize assets for performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with developers, content managers, and other stakeholders to integrate visual designs seamlessly with functional requirements.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to keep projects fresh and innovative.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation to guide development teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
