Must-Have :
- Lead multiple Workday implementation, rollout, transformation, and AMS programs.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through hypercare.
- Define program governance, delivery framework, and execution strategy.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and Workday solution delivery.
- Manage complex global and multi-country deployments.
