About Client
We're an AI-native CRM consulting firm and Salesforce Crest Partner serving B2B companies in
manufacturing, construction, engineering, and logistics. We sell expertise and implementation —
not software. Every content decision must reflect that.
The Role
Hands-on, full-ownership SEO/AIO/GEO practitioner. You will run keyword research, brief and
QA content, manage our Webflow publishing pipeline, and build our presence in AI-generated
answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AIO). Two active blog clusters (22 posts), a 41-
rule content SOP, and Semrush access are already in place. You integrate and execute — no
ramp-up hand-holding.
What You Own
• Keyword cluster research and SERP analysis via Semrush, with strict service-intent
filtering
• Briefing, writing, and QA-ing content against our internal SOP
• End-to-end Webflow publishing pipeline (this is currently broken — fixing it is day one)
• Internal linking architecture across live and upcoming cluster content
• AIO/GEO optimization: answer-first formatting, schema, FAQ markup, AI citation
tracking
• Monthly performance reporting with interpretation, not raw data
Problems You're Hired to Solve
• Content gets drafted and stalls — no reliable pipeline from approval to live post
• No systematic internal linking across our cluster content
• Zero structured effort to appear in AI-generated answers
• Semrush is underutilized — we need someone who runs it, not learns it
• Semrush fluency: phrase_these, phrase_related, phrase_questions, competitive
analysis
• Webflow CMS experience — actual publishing, not theoretical
• Strong editorial judgment on service vs. product intent
• Foundational AIO/GEO knowledge and willingness to go deep fast
• Ability to QA content against a detailed SOP independently
Strong Preference For
• CRM, SaaS, or B2B tech consulting content background
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics ecosystems
• Schema/structured data implementation experience

• You haven't kept up with AI search and how it's reshaping organic visibility
• You treat Webflow publishing as someone else's job

You report directly to the Founder. Fast-paced, direct communication, high output standards,
significant autonomy once trust is built. Remote-friendly with US East Coast availability
required.
