Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shooting Coach to join our team at the Gun For Glory Shooting Academy. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to shooters, develop personalized training plans, and offer technical and tactical support to enhance shooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
i) Follow and apply all shooting safety rules and teach athletes about them.
ii) Manage and communicate with athletes and parents at range.
iii) Have a clear idea about Mission, Vision, and Goals of the Organisation
iv) Hold the responsibility of handling Rifles, Pistol, and other equipment for athletes training under him and track the maintenance of the same periodically.
v) The Coach will be responsible for maintaining records of athlete performance and progress, as well as tracking shooting scores and other relevant data.
vi) Following the curriculum of the academy for different programs (Foundation and Bulleye) and giving the athletes daily training plan and maintaining a dairy.
vii) Assessment of the athlete progress and maintaining the report document for all the athletes training under the coach.
viii) Submitting a report for competition in case the coach has travelled for the same.
ix) Learning and practicing coaching techniques. The coach should be committed to their own professional development and actively seek out opportunities to learn and practice new coaching techniques and doing coaches program.
x) Foreseeing the sports Science requirement and coordinating with Sports Science team for sessions.
xi) Actively participate in the workshop and take responsibility for motivating athletes to attend the workshop and track the attendance.
xii) Handling new projects assigned by the organization like Talent Identification, Project Leap, HPTC, etc.
