Shopify Developer with CRO Focus - Remote - Home Office

Flexcube is a Swiss premium brand for modular metal furniture systems. We sell directly through our own Shopify Plus store at flexcube.ch. The store is growing, and we're looking for someone who treats it like their own product: not working through tickets, but making the store measurably better every month.

• Develop directly in Shopify Plus: theme customizations, new features, and your own apps when standard solutions aren't enough
• Test your own features and test the store periodically (cross-browser/device, multi-market/language, functionality, and data accuracy)
• Bring your own ideas for increasing our conversion rate and build them, from hypothesis to test to analysis
• Set up our conversion tracking properly and keep it clean (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, Klaviyo events)
• Make sure our email flows and funnels in Klaviyo run reliably
• Track our customers behaviour and improve our user experience
• Build whatever moves us forward as a brand

• Several years of proven Shopify experience: Liquid, JavaScript, Shopify APIs. Ideally you've built your own Shopify apps
• CRO isn't a buzzword to you. You can show concrete cases where your work measurably improved conversion
• You've built tracking setups yourself and know why clean data is the foundation for everything
• You work proactively and independently. Nobody needs to chase you, and you hit your deadlines
• Your natural inclination is towards using the best practices even when they require more time/effort in research and implementation
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools and automating processes

• Your ideas don't end up in a backlog, they go live. You see what works directly in the numbers
