Our client The Precision Industry is looking for a Sim Racing Operations Manager in Karachi
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sim Racing Center Manager to oversee daily operations,
manage racing simulators, host tournaments, supervise staff, and deliver a premium sim racing
experience. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge of sim racing platforms, strong
leadership skills, and a strong interest in real-world motorsports.

Operations & Management
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sim Racing Center Manager to oversee daily operations,
manage racing simulators, host tournaments, supervise staff, and deliver a premium sim racing
experience. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge of sim racing platforms, strong
leadership skills, and a strong interest in real-world motorsports.
Responsibilities
Operations & Management
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the sim racing center.
- Ensure a clean, safe, professional, and friendly environment for all customers.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Be proficient in all sim racing games, especially:
- Assetto Corsa
- Assetto Corsa Rally
- F1 Series
- Create, manage, and host tournaments and competitive events.
- Set up and manage multiple servers.
- Troubleshoot all issues related to:
- Cars
- Tracks
- Server settings
- Game configurations
- Stay up to date with sim racing hardware and software products.
- Apply correct simulator settings based on driver age and experience level.
- Broadcast live races on TVs and screens within the facility.
- Stay updated with global motorsports events.
- Ensure that when live races are happening worldwide, they are displayed on screens.
- When no live races are available, play:
- Recorded races
- Motorsports content
- TV shows such as Top Gear or The Grand Tour
- Supervise Four assistants reporting directly to you.
- Train assistants to:
- Allocate time slots
- Adjust cockpit setups for customers
- Assist customers throughout the sim racing experience
- Help select cars, tracks, and games
- Ensure assistants strictly follow their assigned Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Update management regularly on:
- Revenue
- Customer activity
- Operational issues
