Job Summary :
The QMS Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company policies, GMP requirements, regulatory standards, and quality procedures. The role also oversees document management, training systems, risk management activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Job Summary :
The QMS Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company policies, GMP requirements, regulatory standards, and quality procedures. The role also oversees document management, training systems, risk management activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Major Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the site's Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality policies, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Oversee the preparation, review, revision, and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documents
- Manage training programs and ensure timely completion of employee training requirements
- Maintain quality system documents, including the Site Master File and Quality Manual
- Support departments in documentation, compliance, and quality-related activities
- Implement and monitor Quality Risk Management processes
- Coordinate quality system improvements and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure regulatory and technical documentation is prepared and maintained as required
- Lead and develop the QMS team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Science Graduate/Master; preferably Chemist/Pharm D
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality management principles
- Strong Leadership and team management Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training and coaching capability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management documentation systems
