Experience

• 3+ years of dedicated professional experience managing corporate or brand social media channels, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing organic and paid social media strategies that resulted in measurable audience growth, high community engagement, and positive brand sentiment.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, and clinical teams.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Managed multi-channel social media calendars and executed comprehensive content plans across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Designed thumb-stopping visual assets and edited dynamic video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CapCut.
• Oversaw daily community management, addressing user inquiries, moderating comments, and fostering a supportive online community.
• Analyzed campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to generate weekly and monthly reporting insights.
• Leveraged AI copywriting and brainstorming tools like ChatGPT to scale content ideation while maintaining strict brand voice consistency.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
