Our client ARC9 Studio is hiring a Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer (Junior) in Lahore.

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer to join our
team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and graphic design.
The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging visual content,
and supporting the marketing team in executing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,
and others).
• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, carousels, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create basic video edits and short-form content for Reels and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate with the team for content approvals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, escalating inquiries when necessary.
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Stay updated with social media trends, design styles, and platform updates.
• Organize design files and maintain an efficient content library.
• Support the senior marketing team with day-to-day creative tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Knowledge of Premiere
Pro or CapCut is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content planning.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design, typography, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of video editing.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
