Social media executive - Work Together

Our client Work Together is hiring a Social media executive in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and other engagements, and respond in a timely manner.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make informed adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure all platforms are used effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer service, product development) to provide solutions to customers' inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to produce compelling content.
- Proficiency with social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) to track and report on performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple social media accounts and maintain a detailed content calendar.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management is a plus.
- Experience using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and meeting social media goals.
