Our client Primealley is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our company's digital presence across social media platforms, website, and search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing online visibility, managing SEO activities, maintaining the company website, and generating leads through digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, banners, and promotional content.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond professionally.
  • Track and report social media performance metrics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement and manage On-Page SEO activities.
  • Execute Off-Page SEO strategies, including backlink building.
  • Monitor website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content for search engines.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Rank Math.
  • Website Management (WordPress)
  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
  • Create and update pages, blogs, images, and content.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and functionality.
  • Optimize website speed and user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical updates when required.

  • Design social media creatives, banners, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Create visual content for campaigns and promotions.
  • Content Marketing
  • Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, and social media copy.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Research industry trends and create relevant content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
