Social Media Marketer - Night Shift

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer in Night Shift to create engaging content, manage posting calendars, and grow our clients' online presence. You'll handle everything from planning posts to tracking results in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Social Media Strategies:
  

Help plan social media strategies based on client goals (awareness, engagement, leads, traffic). Suggest content types, themes, and series that support these goals over time.

• Plan Social Media Calendars:
  

Create monthly posting plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts based on client goals and trends.

• Engage with Audience:
  

Reply to comments/DMs daily, run contests, and handle questions to build community and spot sales opportunities.

• Track & Report Results:
  

Monitor likes, shares, clicks, and growth; make weekly and monthly reports with ideas to improve performance.

• Work with Team:
  

Update Zoho Projects daily, and team up with writers, designers, sales, and project coordinators for smooth campaigns.

• Stay on Top of Trends:
  

Watch platform changes and suggest new ideas like Reels or live sessions to boost reach.



Requirements

• Experience:
  

2-4 years managing social media for brands or agencies, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

• Skills:
  

Strong writing for social copy; know platforms' algorithms and tools (Buffer, Canva, analytics); basic designing a plus.

• Tools:
  

Comfortable with Zoho Projects, MS Office, and social media tools.

• People Skills:
  

Great at team collaboration and quick responses to keep projects on track.

• Marketing Knowledge:
  

Understand how social drives traffic, leads, and sales in digital campaigns.

Required: Social media portfolio and 3 sample calendars/posts.
