Arbisoft is looking for a talented and creative Employer Branding Executive to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing our online presence and promoting our company as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various online platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content to promote our employer brand and company culture.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns that highlight our company values, work environment, and career opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other metrics. Prepare regular reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Event Promotion: Promote company events, webinars, and career fairs through digital channels to attract potential candidates and enhance our employer brand.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams especially HR, marketing, and leadership, to align digital media efforts with overall company goals and branding strategies.


Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital media, content creation, and branding.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative Skills: Strong copy writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute digital media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics, make data-driven decisions, and optimize digital campaigns.

Please share a portfolio of your creative work, including any design, video and scripting work that you may have done. The more variety the better! We’re trying to gauge your sense of aesthetics along with your technical skills.

Please Note: This is a part-time to full-time conversion position. We are open to flexibility; however, the selected candidate will be required to work onsite regardless of the arrangement.
