Social Media & Marketing Strategist

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic social media professional who doesn’t just post content, they build campaigns that drive results.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end social media presence for our brand, from strategy and creative conceptualization to campaign execution and performance optimization.

What You’ll Be Great At:

• Thinking in content before you think in copy.
• Getting excited by a blank brief instead of being intimidated.
• Knowing what actually converts, not just what looks good.
• Running full-funnel campaigns, not just posting content.
• Understanding the algorithm deeply and knowing exactly when to break the rules.
• Speaking Design as your first language and Strategy as your second.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing & content creation.
• Strong Graphic Design skills (you should be able to create scroll-stopping visuals).
• Proven experience in Campaign Management, Content Strategy, and Monetization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns (not just random posts).
• Ability to take complete creative ownership from Day 1.
