Job Description

• Own and lead social media strategies for national and international client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Own and oversee content direction and monthly calendars across all client platforms, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver platform-specific campaigns that drive engagement and results.
• Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, providing direction, insights, and recommendations to improve social media performance.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and platform insights to optimize strategies and improve KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge proactively.
• Identify and implement innovative content formats, campaigns, and growth opportunities across platforms.
• Ensure each client’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained across all content.
• Lead planning for campaigns, launches, and key marketing moments in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain visibility of all client activities through proper task tracking and process alignment within internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a strong plus.
• 5+ years of social media strategy experience in an agency
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Mid-level hands-on experience with paid social campaigns across major platforms
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insights into strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple clients
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
