UBM Technologies is seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team at the Gulberg 2 office in Lahore. This role requires expertise in creating engaging, high-quality short-form video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, current social media trends, and possesses hands-on experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and editing. This position is designed for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in video content creation or related fields who can handle multiple projects independently while maintaining consistent quality and brand alignment. This role operates during night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Create, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video content that resonates with targeted social media audiences and drives engagement.

Develop innovative video concepts and narratives inspired by ongoing social media trends and audience preferences to ensure content remains fresh and appealing.

Manage the entire video production process, including camera handling, lighting setup, framing, and basic audio recording to achieve professional-quality outputs.

Use advanced video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools to enhance videos by adding captions, transitions, special effects, music, and other engaging elements.

Optimize video content for different digital platforms, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and consistency in visual style across all produced materials.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, viral content formats, popular sounds, and new visual styles on social media to maintain a competitive edge in content production.

Collaborate effectively with the marketing and content departments to brainstorm and develop fresh video ideas that align with the companys marketing objectives.

Organize and prioritize multiple video projects, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality or creative standards.

Maintain a personal portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects that highlight creativity, technical skill, and audience impact.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and coordinate feedback during the creative process.

Exhibit excellent time management abilities to balance the demands of a night shift environment while delivering consistent and timely content outputs.
