Software Project Coordinator

Job Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Project Manager. The Software Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing software development projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The Software Project Manager will also be responsible for leading project teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying project risks and impediments.



Responsibilties

Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.

Support projects through the entire project life cycle. Organize, scope, coordinate & deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, cross-functional teams & management.

Build and maintain weekly reports to the executive team.

Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Ensuring project deadlines are met while determining project changes.

Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Requirements

FRESH to 2-Year Experience.

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/IT/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering.

Problem solving skills.

Understanding of software development life cycle.

Good communicaion skills.

Ability to collaborate with team.

Good analytical skills.

Willing to learn new technologies.

Database design and API integration skills.

MS Office (mandatory)

Slack & Trello (plus point)

In-depth knowledge of development and testing full-cycle.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent team management and organizational skills.
