What you'll do:

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
• Develop modern front-ends with Next.js and scalable back-end services with NestJS
• Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and AWS
• Work with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to bring features to life
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Experience with Next.js and NestJS
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance
• Working knowledge of databases — both MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) — a must
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
