Structural Draftsman - Work Together

Our client Work Together is hiring a Structural Draftsman in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed structural drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Convert designs into technical drawings, ensuring that they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Review design sketches, notes, and specifications received from architects and engineers.
- Make revisions to plans based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Maintain accurate records of designs, drawings, and other related technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing estimates and documentation for project proposals.
- Liaise with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately on-site.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in structural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering and construction teams.
- Ability to work on-site as required by project needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to project changes.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in AutoCAD or similar drafting software is an advantage.
- Experience in working on a variety of construction projects, such as residential, commercial, or industrial.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.
