Job Specifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Type of Role: Operational/Data Entry and Communication

Timing: 6 PM – 2 AM (Hybrid)


Office Schedule:

3 Days a Week:

  • Time: 6 PM - 9 PM at the office in Phase 8, DHA Lahore.
  • Option to stay at the office until 2 AM or go home and resume work.

2 Days a Week:

  • Time: 6 PM - 2 AM working from home.


What you will be working on:

The Supply Chain Analyst will work with a US-based company in the healthcare industry and be a dedicated resource for their team. Their core responsibilities will mainly pertain to the following: 


  • Maintain accuracy and completeness by updating Google Sheets with PO/Billing information, meticulously tracking receiving, and managing associated files.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in the company Warehouse Management System (WMS) by updating with POs, work orders, and performing thorough checks on receiving.
  • Optimizing and streamlining current systems and owning the improvements in supply chain processes that fall under direct areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration, striving for commitment to process efficiency and continuous refinement.
  • Act as a central point for communication, facilitating effective exchanges between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the material ordering and planning activity throughout the month, and perform monthly reconciliations and actualizations.
  • Collaborate on all supply chain/operations tasks, offering assistance where needed and escalating issues as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the successful execution and rollout of upcoming supply chain/operational projects and plans.
  • Facilitate in the comprehensive documentation of departmental procedures and protocols
  • Efficiently process ad-hoc requests from Finance and CX teams, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to varying operational needs.
  • Grow with the needs of the supply chain function and work independently showcasing ownership and command of the function.
  • Willing to go the extra step in assuming responsibilities and showing initiation at the client level, and also facilitating as needed to grow the supply chain department in at HCA level.
  • Identify and effectively communicate supply risks as far out as possible while providing proposed solutions on how to mitigate the risks.


What are we looking for?

  • An ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain role.
  • They should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • They should possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Given the client is based in the US, clear and transparent communication is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with strong computer and analytical skills. Experience with WMS software is a significant advantage.
  • The candidate should embrace the start-up mentality, be a quick learner, and take the initiative to self-teach when necessary.
  • They should be capable of managing their tasks and responsibilities independently without constant supervision.
  • The candidate should learn from their mistakes to consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work.
  • Willingness to work US hours (Mountain Time; 6 pm – 2 am PK time) is necessary, with some overlap with PK time on alternate days as required.
  • The candidate should be willing to come to the office in DHA Lahore on alternate days as needed.
