The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for roles across our organization, with a strong focus on IT and Fintech talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation — while partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in people who raise the bar. What You'll Do
- Talent Sourcing Proactively source candidates for IT and Fintech roles through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline
- Candidate Screening & Assessment Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical skill and cultural fit
- Hiring Manager Partnership Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, and provide guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation
- Employer Branding Position ACE Money Transfer as an employer of choice in the IT and Fintech space by showcasing our culture, values, and growth opportunities to attract high-caliber applicants
- ATS & Recruitment Tools Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage the hiring pipeline efficiently and deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Pipeline Management Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate database with timely follow-up and communication at every stage of the process
- Offer Negotiation Work with HR and hiring managers to build competitive offers and negotiate terms that secure top talent while staying aligned with company standards
- Recruitment Analytics Track and report on key metrics — time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity outcomes — and use data to continuously refine sourcing strategy
- Diversity & Inclusion Champion diverse hiring by actively sourcing and presenting a broad range of qualified candidates for every role
- Market Intelligence Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to keep ACE's talent strategy sharp and proactive
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications or advanced degrees are a plus and reflect a strong commitment to the profession
- 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to a range of sourcing methods and candidate assessment techniques, alongside daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics maintenance
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical or fintech roles, with a track record of onboarding strong candidates within target timelines
- Confident and effective at managing offers and closing candidates while balancing organizational standards with candidate expectations
- Comfortable working with recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring processes and support workforce planning
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming hiring challenges
