Role Overview
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in driving hiring momentum across theorganization. You’ll work closely with leadership to attract, assess and onboard top talent while buildingscalable pipelines that support our rapid growth. These are high-impact roles with direct visibility into workforce strategy and operational scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own or support end-to-end hiring across bulk and mid-level rolesBuild and nurture strong talent pipelinesPartner with hiring managers on workforce planningDeliver a standout candidate experienceTrack funnel metrics and improve hiring efficiencyContribute to employer branding initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related fieldRelevant Talent Acquisition experienceExposure to high-volume/batch hiring, particularly for customer facing teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable with ATS tools (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)High ownership and bias for action
