Position Summary:

Ensure smooth execution of talent & succession strategies to develop, maintain and retain the talent inventory across market to deliver business's competitive advantage in the market. A trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and hiring managers, this position reports to the Head of Talent & Learning within the Integrated Talent Management organization.

A day in the life of...

• Lead the implementation of the overall talent management strategy for Pakistan market to support the business’ vision and objectives.
• Work with leadership team to facilitate the development of a market talent plan which identifies key talent priorities linked to the business strategy.
• Build strategy for functional talent pools (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance) and lead talent review/calibration meetings to ensure high performance is rewarded.
• Drive the development and implementation of the market talent plan by working with HRBPs and functional resource groups to ensure that the key talent priorities at functional level are identified and addressed.
• Manage and facilitate the succession planning process and infrastructure for the market to ensure full market talent pool and succession planning proposals are prepared in line with company policies.
• Ensure smooth implementation of leadership development tools in collaboration with the Training & Development team.
• To drive the effective implementation of Performance Improvement Plans across the market and equip People Managers to successfully lead individual and team performance improvement at all levels.
  
  

What will make you successful?

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management & Succession planning
• Performance management experience, strong background in Performance Audits & Goal Setting
• Experience in driving change processes to drive organizational strategy
• A track record of problem solving attention in complex issues
• Familiarity with FMCG structure & performance metrics for high performance
• Strong business acumen & awareness of key business insights
