Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will have strong research and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for finding the right candidates through various sourcing channels. You will play a key role in building robust talent pipelines and supporting the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing reports.
• Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience during the sourcing process.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internship experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean Seach and Research.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn.
