YOUR TASKS

• Manage and coordinate import clearance activities.
• Ensure timely retrieval and processing of inbound shipments.
• Monitor customs clearance activities and broker performance.
• Verify customs duties, documentation, and billing accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of import shipments.
• Monitor operational performance and service quality.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and DHL standards.
• Ensure work areas are organized and maintained as per 5S methodology.
• Ensure operational housekeeping is maintained to DHL standards.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years’ experience ideally in Import Operations.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
