Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TeleSales Team Lead to build, manage, and grow a high-performing telesales team. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, coach team members, monitor KPIs, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and lead conversion activities.
• Support the team in handling customer objections and complex sales situations.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, customer retention, and revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in TeleSales, Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
• International Sales or International TeleSales experience is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
