Aitemad Global Connect (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through social media platforms, guiding clients regarding our travel and visa services, and converting potential leads into successful sales.

The Marketing Executive will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing accurate information about visit visas, work permits, study visas, Umrah packages, air ticketing, and other travel-related services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Guide clients regarding visit visas, work permits, study visas, Umrah packages, air ticketing, travel insurance, and other travel services.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Record customer information, maintain inquiry logs, and update CRM or Excel sheets accurately.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth processing of client applications and timely updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
• Stay updated on company services, visa requirements, and travel policies to provide accurate information.
• Assist in promoting the company's services through social media engagement and marketing campaigns when required.
