Our client Easypaisa Digital Bank is looking for a Team Leader - Banking Operations in Karachi

Easypaisa Digital Bank is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of five individuals within our dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in team leadership or relationship management roles specifically within microfinance or commercial banking sectors. This position requires a strong understanding of the Karachi market and exceptional leadership abilities to drive team performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily team activities, setting clear performance goals, and fostering a collaborative culture that encourages professional development and high-quality results. By leveraging strong communication management and decision-making skills, the leader will motivate the team, resolve challenges effectively, and align team efforts with Easypaisa Digital Bank’s strategic objectives. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth through efficient team management and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BM for all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer
  
  

service, human resources, administration and sales.

• Encourage BOs to increase non cash recoveries.
• Closely monitor BO performance and identify and report any activist involvement for
  
  

disbursals and recoveries.

• Visit local market and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Get aligned with BM to propose corrective actions to meet new challenges and growth
  
  

opportunities

• Must give timely updates to the Branch Manager regarding any discrepancy within the branch
• Work closely with Branch Manager to identify new markets for business development.
• To overlook that the BO is efficiently handling recovery of DPD clients while report its findings
  
  

to the BM

• To ensure timely reminders are given to the loan customers by the BO
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
• Build and retain the highest level of motivation in the team to achieve maximum business
  
  

volumes and have the maximum employee retention.

• Ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents
  
  

under the guidance of Branch Manager

• Review credit worthiness and verify the customer’s income and demographics to establish
  
  

customer’s

need and credibility for the proposed loan.

• Carry out any other task assigned by Branch Manager.
