As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of technology projects across multiple teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, QA, Design, and Business Stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Drive sprint planning, release planning, backlog management, and project tracking activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment between engineering teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Track team velocity, delivery metrics, resource utilization, and project health indicators.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate production releases and support post-release monitoring and issue resolution.
- Establish and improve delivery processes, project governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support engineering leadership in resource planning and capacity management.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and engineering standards.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience managing web, mobile, and backend development projects.
- Familiarity with modern software architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and delivery management frameworks.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional dependencies.
- Understanding of software quality assurance, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and development workflows.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted development, and automation tools.
- Experience managing projects involving AI, machine learning, agentic workflows, or process automation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, n8n, Make.com, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in software project management, technical program management, delivery management, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience working closely with software engineering and product teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
- A highly organized delivery leader with strong execution skills.
- Someone who can balance technical complexity, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
- A proactive individual who drives accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.
