Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong software development background to lead agile teams and drive technical delivery. You’ll work closely with developers and stakeholders to manage sprint execution, validate system architecture & design, and deliver impactful solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams to analyze technical requirements, identify challenges, and create solutions.

Design and review system architectures, ensuring robust integration between edge devices, cloud services, and AI/ML pipelines.

Plan, track, and deliver project scope, timelines, and milestones.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Maintain technical documentation, user stories, and release notes.

Monitor and manage project burn (time, scope, and resource burn), ensuring alignment between planned vs. actual effort, early risk identification, and proactive corrective actions.

Prepare BRDs, BBP, SRS, As-Is, To-Be, UAM documents while overseeing execution of MDM, UAT, SIT, SAT activities.

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.

Lead and manage agile software projects using the Scrum framework.

Use Agile metrics to monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, software architecture principles, and engineering best practices
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
(PMP certification or MBA in Project Management is an added advantage) -
Strong understanding of system design and distributed architectures, especially edge + cloud integration for AI/ML workflows.

A strong leadership mindset with a forward-thinking approach focused on empowering teams, proactive problem-solving, and fostering a positive delivery environment.

2+ years of experience in Software Development (backend, frontend, or full-stack).

2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.

Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), or C++.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
