Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead our App Development projects from discovery through successful delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, a solid technical understanding of software development, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will manage multiple complex application projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple application projects simultaneously from planning to deployment, managing Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native applications.
  
  
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
  
• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical requirements and specifications.
  
  
• Prepare comprehensive Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), project plans, user stories, and technical documentation.
  
  
• Coordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
  
• Monitor project progress proactively and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner.
  
  
• Ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed throughout the complete development lifecycle.
  
  
• Manage project schedules and resource allocation using iQansoft's project management systems.
  
  
• Review project deliverables and code quality to ensure they meet functional and quality expectations before client delivery.
  
  
• Coordinate application releases on platforms ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
  
  
• Oversee proper testing, bug tracking, regression testing, and release management procedures.
  
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  
  
• Assist in project estimation, budgeting, resource planning, capacity management, and project profitability analysis.
  
  
• Ensure projects comply with security best practices, scalability standards, and performance benchmarks.
  
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across project delivery.
  
  
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  
  
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing software or application development projects.
  
  
• Demonstrated expertise managing Android, iOS, Flutter, and/or React Native application projects.
  
  
• Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and app architecture.
