YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage the Telesales team to achieve sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Drive new business development and growth within existing customer portfolios.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity and ensure effective follow-up on opportunities.
- Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and guidance.
- Ensure effective utilization of sales tools, systems, and CRM platforms.
- Monitor sales activity, call quality, and customer engagement standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensure achievement of call targets, pipeline management, and customer contact strategies.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
- Drive compliance with DHL sales processes, policies, and global sales standards.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, telesales, logistics, or express transportation.
- Previous experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and people management capabilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
