Our client Confidential is looking for a Telesales Representative in Islamabad

The Telesales Officer role involves actively engaging potential customers through telephone communications to engage shopkeepers/customers with respect to grocery products. This is not a call center job, this position requires proficient use of customer relationship management techniques, persuasive sales pitches, and effective call closing methods. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of outbound calls, maintaining professionalism and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout each interaction. With a focus on meeting sales targets, the Telesales Officer must demonstrate a strong command of the English language and possess a resilient, positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and preferences.
• Manage customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure positive engagement and closure.
• Maintain high call volume while keeping quality and effectiveness of communication intact.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals to convert prospects into customers.
• Report daily and weekly sales performance and progress toward targets to the supervisor.
• Explain product range, pricing tiers, and current offers to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, legal standards, and ethical sales practices during all interactions.
• Demonstrate a positive and resilient attitude to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
• Participate in training sessions and performance feedback discussions to improve sales techniques and skills.
