Devsinc is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Functional Consultants to join our dynamic ERP team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about learning and building a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) functional consulting.
As a Trainee Functional Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning solutions, collaborating closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to understand and optimize business processes.

- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
- Support configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Help prepare user manuals and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to deliver project goals.
- Final year students or recent graduates with a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
