Details

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Executive Director (Land Acquisition & Estate Management).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement Land Acquisition and Estate Management plans in line with Authority’s objectives.
• Ensure transparent, efficient, and compliant land acquisition processes under applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee all types of land records and acquisitions within the Authority’s jurisdiction.
• Supervise and manage policies, procedures, and guidelines for land transfer, compensation, refunds, etc.
• Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and local communities for smooth coordination.
• Handle disputes with stakeholders and ensure resolution.
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including local residents and advocacy groups.
• Provide leadership and direction for all functions of the LA&EM affairs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of recognized experience in Land Acquisition, Transfer, and Estate Management.
• Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, estate policies, and dispute management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
