Trainer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for new and existing Alumni.
- Evaluate training needs by consulting with managers and conducting surveys.
- Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals to enhance learning.
- Monitor and report on training’ progress and provide continuous feedback.
- Adapt training delivery methods based on audience and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other trainers to enhance training programs and ensure consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and technologies.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software packages.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant certifications in training or related areas are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to engage participants and facilitate learning initiatives effectively.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.

Work Environment:
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team setting and also independently when required.
- Occasional travel may be required to deliver training at various company locations.
