Training & Development Officer

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of learning dashboards and training KPIs.

• Learning Program Coordination
• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding sessions, workshops, and learning activities
• Manage participant communication, training logistics, and documentation
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support LMS administration, including course creation, enrollments, and learner tracking
• Maintain accurate training records and generate routine LMS reports
• Provide basic user support and promote LMS adoption
• Learning Content Development
• Assist in developing presentations, training guides, SOPs, and e-learning content
• Update learning materials and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Training Delivery
• Support classroom, virtual, and onboarding training sessions
• Coordinate training logistics, resources, and facilitator requirements
• Collect participant feedback and maintain training evaluation records
• Learning Analytics & Reporting
• Maintain training records and prepare learning reports using Microsoft Excel
• Track attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and learner feedback
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply
