Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of learning dashboards and training KPIs.
- Learning Program Coordination
- Coordinate training schedules, onboarding sessions, workshops, and learning activities
- Manage participant communication, training logistics, and documentation
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support LMS administration, including course creation, enrollments, and learner tracking
- Maintain accurate training records and generate routine LMS reports
- Provide basic user support and promote LMS adoption
- Learning Content Development
- Assist in developing presentations, training guides, SOPs, and e-learning content
- Update learning materials and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Training Delivery
- Support classroom, virtual, and onboarding training sessions
- Coordinate training logistics, resources, and facilitator requirements
- Collect participant feedback and maintain training evaluation records
- Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain training records and prepare learning reports using Microsoft Excel
- Track attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and learner feedback
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply
