Learning & Development Executive – QSR Operations

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Executive to support branch-level training, SOP implementation, service standards, hygiene, and operational learning across Wrap Lab branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions across branches

• Train FOH, BOH, and rider teams

• Support SOP, hygiene, service, and operational flow training

• Conduct practical sessions, roleplays, and on-floor learning

• Prepare training materials, checklists, and reports

• Coordinate with Branch Managers for training schedules

• Maintain training records and completion trackers

• Support audits, evaluations, and retraining follow-ups

Requirements

• 2–4 years of QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or training experience

• Good understanding of restaurant SOPs and service culture

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to conduct practical training sessions

• Comfortable working with frontline branch teams

• Willingness to travel across branches

• Organized, energetic, and good with follow-ups
