PRIME BPO is looking for a detail oriented and confident Validator to join our growing Medalert campaign team. This is a full time, on site role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications professionally
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards
• Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms for medical alert systems
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of validated orders
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Meet daily and weekly validation targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of BPO experience as a Validator on Medalert campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply
