Our client Emenac is hiring a Travel Sales Officer in Lahore.
Job Summary:
As a Travel Agent UK, you will be responsible for managing travel bookings, providing customer support, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. You will utilize your expertise in Galileo, CRM, and customer management to deliver personalized travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Bookings: Manage travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages, using Galileo and other travel systems.
2. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel recommendations.
3. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, using our CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and travel history.
4. Bulk Order Handling: Manage bulk travel bookings, including group travel, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
5. Travel Documentation: Prepare and distribute travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and travel vouchers.
6. Supplier Liaison: Liaise with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and improve services.
7. Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, promoting our travel services and products to new and existing clients.
Requirements:
1. Travel Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a travel agency or tour operator role.
2. Galileo Proficiency: Proficient in Galileo, with ability to navigate and utilize the system efficiently.
3. CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, with ability to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.
4. Customer Management: Excellent customer management skills, with ability to provide personalized travel solutions and resolve issues effectively.
5. Bulk Order Handling: Experience in managing bulk travel bookings, including group travel and meetings.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues effectively.
